Note: This step requires Fieldstone be enabled on your measureQuick account. This is completed during your onboarding.
Once Fieldstone is enabled on your measureQuick account, as an account owner, open the measureQuick app then tap on the top left icon that shows your user account information. Scroll down below the View measureQuick.com button and you should see the Fieldstone section.
Tap on the Connect Fieldstone button. It will take you to the Fieldstone app where you can approve the connection.
To disconnect Fieldstone from your measureQuick account, you return to this same place and tap the disconnect button.
On the measureQuick project page, you will see a Send to Fieldstone button. Tapping on that button will send the active project directly to the Fieldstone App to import it. You can do this multiple times with the same project and it will be updated in Fieldstone.
If there is an active Job on the same site as the imported measureQuick project, the measureQuick project will be linked to the Job.
Once you have some projects imported into Fieldstone, you will see them listed. You can also use search to find a project. Tap on the project to show it.
Fieldstone understands quite a bit about a measureQuick project and can show the information.
When a measureQuick project is linked to a Job, you will see its information when viewing the Job.
Additionally, you will see buttons to automatically generate and add information to your summary of findings for the Job and the Summary of Work Performed.
Also, when a Job has a measureQuick project linked to it, the project information will automatically be included on the Job PDF report. The information we include here is intended to be best suited for a homeowner and excludes the more technical project details.
