Account Deletion

The following instructions may be used to request account deletion on the Fieldstone App.

To Request Account Deletion

1. Contact Fieldstone Customer Support by sending an email to: [email protected]
2. Include your Fieldstone login in the request.

Customers vs Users

A Fieldstone Customer is typically a business entity or sole proprietor. The customer is the business or individual which funds access to Fieldstone.

A Fieldstone User is granted access to Fieldstone by a Customer.

Fieldstone does not delete or destroy individual user account data that is associated with an active customer.

Retained Data

Fieldstone retains Customer data for a period of 3 years after their account is closed unless the Customer specifically requests their account data be deleted prior to the end of this retention period.
